When I was younger an orgasm was needed if I was already warmed up, needed to the point of I could think of nothing else. Women don't understand, when a guy is turned on he not only has a neurological desire, he also has a "plumbing" need to finish. Its like having a full bladder that will bug you until you release. When you need to pee you can think of little else, but after you pee you can think of anything else. When a girl is turned on cumming would be nice but it isn't as pressing as it is for a YOUNG guy.
