I'd say the same, they just act differently when you have proven them wrong. Women will attack you and dismiss you, men will generally repeat the same bullshit over and over again without actually engaging in an actual debate or telling you exactly how you are wrong.
I've presented statistical data from multiple sources, been told I was wrong and when I asked how the data is wrong, they simply repeated I was wrong and ignored the data like it was never brought up. Women on the other hand will claim that I hate women, I'm an incel, or a virgin that can't get laid and thats why I have the audacity to argue against them (and prove them wrong). They are also far more likely to disengage and block you in my experience.
Most the pink accounts are guys, so its hard to tell.

None of them are difficult to defeat (because I only debate them when I know I’m right). What I have found is the. women become sarcastic and gather up with some other woman who agree with them and then post stupidand rude comments about me and laugh together. The men are really stubborn and refuse to see any other point than their own and no matter how much proof you provide they they still don’t stop repeating their point/opinion. They also become rude and make nasty comments eventually, usually something to do with me being a woman or women in general.
Thats fair. Though for women, they also like to insult men in much the same way (belittling them claiming they are an incel or that they are "just bitter/are a virgin/ etc. etc.". But yeah, I would agree with that.

Guys. They tend to run off at the mouth before thinking things through.
Men are easier to persuade with facts, reason and logic. Women operate far more on feelings and propaganda and are more immune to seeing things differently.
