To a 50 yr. old, you're a baby. Enjoy the moment, in the present -- Because it gets weirder and it's all downhill from where you're at.

No, it's not. You're not old yet until you reach your elderly years, which starts when you're 60 years. old. So don't worry, you've got a long long long time before you're old. Just take care of your body, do things that make you happy (as long as it's harmless), eat healthy, etc. Just enjoy life basically.
