Like all period sex, it depends on her. If she wants it, it’s not that big a deal. With a fresh tampon in, you can still provide a powerful clitoral orgasm. Even if it’s happening after penetrative sex, one wipe with a damp cloth and you’re fine. The thought of menstruation for her and/or her partner may preclude sexual activity but, for me, it’s never been an issue.

If she puts in a tampon and uses a damp cloth around that area, she will have no blood there. You can perform oral as long as you want, then when ready to penetrate, remove the tampon. Have done it and it is great for both!
