I guess some people on here are extremely desperate, and possibly seeking validation from others.
I actually knew a woman in her late 40's/early 50's who would post shit like that online, including a picture of her ass on Facebook (which got taken down). Her entire identity revolved around being "sexy" and having as many guys as possible after her (the comments section on her Facebook pics were absolutely disgusting). It was actually pretty sad, because I think she thought these guys were actually interested in her, but they really only wanted jack off material or a night in bed with her. She was actually a pretty nice, but very troubled lady. I'm also 99% sure she was on drugs, so her postings may have had to do with her clouded judgment as well.
I also think that due to the nature of the horndogs and inappropriate content on this site, it's a wonder the age requirement isn't 18+ (which honestly wouldn't be a bad idea; 13 is a bit young in my opinion).

If it's even real. I had someone activate and delete their account yesterday steer a lot of red flags new account but linked me to a question from 28 days ago.. there's people creating fake accounts to fuck with people
There was also a 30-35 ANON that replied in a thread and told one user how she and other users catfish people on here and then laugh about it in a group chat
They realise that they can get some attention before the post is taken down
