If you have a shower with a tub, turn the water on and make the water come out of the bath nozzle (not sure what it's called lol). sit underneath the water with your legs apart and let it hit your clit. If you can reach around and stickcouple fingers inside while the water hits, do that. Stimulate the frontal wall inside with your fingers while the water stimulates you.

You could also get a vibrator and use that. Or buy an electric toothbrush *exclusively* for clit stimulation, keep it in a certain place so no one uses it. Use the side without bristles obviously lol. They tend to be MUCH stronger than most vibrators and the vibration is concentrated in a smaller area so it's really intense. Dumb question here but have you tried using the other hand? It does help men, maybe it could work for you. You could also try some lubricants with cold or warm effect for a different sensation.
