She's shooting an M249 "SAW" or Squad Automatic Weapon. It's a relatively lightweight belt-fed machine gun that shoots the same 5.56mm ammo as an M16 or AR15 (and it can use their magazines if belted ammo isn't available), and it's a very common weapon in the US Army infantry (one per infantry squad), as well as a number of other countries. We can't see the course to know what she's shooting at, but this appears to be a civilian (i. e., non-military) range, so the targets could be paper, metal (plates or gongs), or stuff like old cars, depending on the range and its rules.

As a former competitive shooter and instructor, I'd be happy to help her with her shooting... or whatever else she needs taken care of. LOL.

I would tell her to tighten on the rifle placing her elbows on the table. She need to relax her hips and legs to use the seat for stability. It would be distracting as hell. I would let her shoot a couple of rounds first then correct her.
