Alright so I'm 15 years old. A month ago i masturbated in my brothers room with his sheets ( I know it's gross , but I don't know what I was thinking ) I didn't thought anything of it. But recently I have missed my period. It's 9 days late , I am nauseous, bloated and my breasts are tender and sore only sometimes. I know it could be caus of stress , but I only started stressing 3 days ago ! I had a kinda heavy bleeding for a day it was light bleeding , then it was dark. Even tho I have these symptoms of pms I have no period? I've been getting more discharge sometimes even white kinda. People say that you can get pregnant without penetration and I'm freaking out ! Cause I know sperm die really fast outside , but let's say my brother masturbated on the sheets , then I masturbated with them... Is there a possibility? I do not have a mom it's just me and my dad and brother so I can't really talk to my dad about this. Anyway is there even the slightest chance? If there is and I am pregnant , what do I do with the pregnancy? Feel free to laugh cause I can understand how silly this must sound. But I'm freaking out when I read on the internet that you can get pregnant if there's sperm on something ! I had sex education in school and they only thought us about only getting pregnant through intercourse so it's not possible? Sorry if this question is so long it's my first question on here !   • You cannot get pregnant this way. There is zero possibility.

    The only way to get pregnant is with live sperm (and keep in mind that they can live for up to about 7 days, but only in the vagina, not on sheets or anything.)

    The thing that trips some people up is that pre-cum can have sperm in it. So a guy could mess around with you sexually, have his penis inside your vagina, have precum on it, thrust, but not cum. And you can get pregnant that way, before he pulls out, at which point he cums outside your body. This does happen. So never, ever do that, don't mess around without a condom. I think you should not have sex at all yet. You're not emotionally mature or knowledgeable enough yet. But masturbating is ok. Just be safe, be careful with your sexuality. You are only this age once, and you have all the time in the world.

    Even if your brother masturbates in bed and his semen gets on his sheets, sperm can only live a short time outside the body. So don't worry.

    If you still have physical pain go see a doctor.
