I've had sex with a trans woman - and I knew way beforehand.
It's actually very dangerous for a trans woman to not tell a guy she is trans - and for him to find out in the heat of the moment situation. Some have gotten killed and many badly beaten when the guy freaks out.
The porn niche videos of "trans surprise" is make believe. I highly doubt you will get into a situation where a trans woman does not tell you well before - even before kissing.
