"us guys" dont circumcise our dicks... our mothers have that done to us in the hospital when we are born...
im not biased either way about how a dick should look, as long as its big enough to do the job that needs to be done at the moment...
other than the lack of foreskin, there has never been a problem with a circumcised dick, but those that do have a natural amount of foreskin can have issues, which can be serious in some cases... this isn't a common occurance, but when a kid hits puberty and he starts growing, if his foreskin becomes a problem, its a painful repair... and if a guy doesn't have excellent hygene habits, the foreskin can be an incubator for all sorts of funk... but a guy withOUT foreskin is not desirable either if his hygene habits are lacking.
While you clearly highlighted the pros and cons of both the things, I would like to counter ask, if you guys feel the sensation on the mushroom or does it get lost completely. Don't know if that is a con or Pro
@Akshayjosh as you have probably guessed by what I said, im circumcised, and I have feeling from the head, all the ay down the shaft to the base of it... and like a girl, a guy can have different types of orgasms... but only 3 kinds that i know of... a guy can have an orgasm from having just the base of his dick worked, or an orgasm from having just the head and foreskin area worked over, and the third kind of orgasm is the hands free type that can be achieved by just pelvic muscle manipulation... all three types have a different feeling, and like women, not all men can achieve the different types of orgasm that some other guys can... for guys, the most common and easiest to get orgasm is by having the head and foreskin area stimulated... I would like to know how the people who claim that there is a better sensation with having foreskin can make such an unqualified statement... the only ones who could say for sure are the guys who have had a good active sex life with their foreskin intact, and then have had it removed... this is about the most uncommon elective surgery that could ever be done, so im sure there aren't a lot of guys who can say... and for a girl to claim her guy, who has foreskin, "feels" more and is more sensative" during sex, is making a statement that she can never substantiate or even explain how she could think such a thing as to how a guys dick feels to HIM... i agree that a woman may be able to tell a difference in a cut or uncut dick during sex, and how it may feel to HER, but she has no way of knowing how the guy feels, nor does the guy know the difference in feel from cut or uncut... its a guess, AND, what one guy may feel can be much different that what another guy feels... and in addition, some doctors cut deep when taking foreskin and others do cut as much, so some dicks will have all their foreskin, others will have none, and some are left with varying amounts of foreskin still on their dicks...

There's no reason for doing it, in my opinion, contrary to what some people may say about hygiene and complications during puberty. Just keep it clean. If the foreskin becomes problematic, deal with it appropriately at that time.
Foreskin restoration requires a very lengthy, time-consuming regimen that no one should ever have to go through just to get back what was stolen from them.
foreskin restoration... what good does the foreskin do for a guy? im circumcised and have never missed having extra skin hanging on my dick, and have ever had my dick in any danger of being damaged because it doesn't have another layer of skin over it... but i have heard many stories of guys who upon reaching puberty when their dick starts growing, that had tight foreskin and either had to have surgery done to loosen it or have it removed... and they claim its a painful process to have it done...
@centerline The glans of a circumcised penis becomes keratinized, meaning that it becomes less sensitive to touch. When the foreskin is restored, the glans goes back to it's original non-keratinized state, allowing for much greater sensation. From the research I've done, if a parent teaches a child to retract the foreskin on a regular basis to clean it, the problem of having a clinically tight foreskin at puberty is an almost non-existent problem.
I've lived in the US and in Europe. All hospitals in the states were started by the Jewish community and they made circumcision mandatory. Now it's like a tradition in the US and they still do it mostly, although there are exceptions.
In Europe most guys are not circumcised. As a woman, all I can say is, uncut guys seem have more feeling and experience a better sensation during certain sex acts ;)
I believe you are somewhere absolutely right! Guys who are uncut feel more sensations and are more sensitive too.
I think most guys had their parents choose it for them while they were babies. Which is very unfair everyone should have the choice to do whatever they want to with their bodies. Especially with their penis since that is something very private. I honestly wish they would ban newborn circumcision and only have it done if necessary.

Most had no choice in the matter as it was done shortly after birth. Different reasons for getting it done.
I can only surmise you are speaking of late life adult circumcision? Most circumcisions are performed when they are babies and they don't really get to choose. That is actually something of a debatable issue on whether or not it is a outdated practice and whether it is beneficial or detrimental with many having all kinds of different opinions even in the medical field.

I had no choice. I was circumcised at birth because is was the common thing to do back then. The medical establishment convinced parents that it was for healthy, hygienic reasons.

women are protected by law against genitalia mutilation. Sadly us men are second class citizens and they cut us up!! Just one of the many rights women have that we don’t. LoL. But mostly it’s just a Judaeo-Christian tradition. There is a case to be made for the hygiene and aesthetics of it though. Although sadly in the USA around 100 boy babies die each year from circumcision complications. But anyway. I’m very glad I was circumcised!!
You should look up on how they do the circumcised on women. they literally cut everything and in some places they even close the whole area. It's definitely more than just cutting a piece of skin

Over 99% of men were circumcised before they could even talk, it was not their choice.
There are very few good reasons to circumcise. The foreskin can be too tight to retract (Phimosis) or the little bit that joins the foreskin to the penis below the head can be too short (Frenulum Breve). Both of those are medical conditions that can require circumcision to correct.
Beyond that, it's a ridiculous religious requirement (Jews and Muslims both do it, along with a few Catholic offshoots), or it's just a weird cultural thing.
Fortunately, it's not as damaging as FGM, but it's fundamentally the same thing.
Usually it is done before the guy can make a choice.
My parents chose, for me, and I WOULDN'T CHANGE it!! Not Jewish, but then, it was something common in the US, and supposed to make it cleaner, and less likely to transmit disease.
I like the way it is, and feels, and never had any problems AT ALL, with feelings or loving women, like some un-cut punks say!!

Some people are under the belief that a circumcised dick is cleaner truth is its not really any different just a little more maintenance.
In the UK I believe doctors only really give the option to perform a circumcision if there is a medical need for it.
I think it's more common to perform circumcision in the US but there is a bigger movement over anti genital mutilation now so things are changing.

Most guys who circumcised had it forced on them, as babies or children, it's a dark tradition.
Guys usually don't (with few exceptions, at least not voluntarily) -- it's often their parents that choose that I thought.
We don`t decide to have it done unless it`s for medical reasons. Otherwise our parents make the decision to have us done when we are babies. I`m not circumcised and i`m pleased i`m not because i like it how it is
My mother did it to me when I was a day or two old. She did it to keep it clean. Very happy with my circumcised penis.

Doctors recommend it. Uncircumcised can cause infections, has to be cleaned often (hoping that's not the salt taste you're referring to) and reminds me of a worm or dogs dick in my opinion..
It wasn't my choice to be circumcised. I was circumcised as a newborn but I wish my penis was intact.
