I once was in such a situation where I hugged a girl and got an erection afterwards. Ignore it because for me it was super embarrassing. I didn´t want to fuck her in that moment it was just an intense and intimitate moment for me. Looking back it was no big deal, but in that moment it was an intense situation. For a guy you can´t always control if you want to have an erection or not. It´s maybe a sign that he likes you and thinks about but can´t control his feelings. Don´t make a fuss about it, because it would make it even more embarrassing for him.

Oh I see, well basically it's a bunch of blood flowing into that area to expand it. The reasons for this happening could be anywhere from sexual stimulation to something as simple as the wind, because it really doesn't take a whole lot to get an erection lol. Does that help?
