beyond that I think your current breasts suit your frame naturally.

perhaps most significantly though, your current shape is terrific and almost all men care more about shape than size. Given the shape is great, I wouldn’t fuck with them surgically. Maybe when you’re 45 if they’re not the same you will want to work on them, but right now there’s a lot of risk they’d look worse - even to men who like more size. You’ve got a lot more room for things to turn out worse then they started then room for improvement.

To me it's mostly how you feel next to other girls. If you feel comfortable soically with other girls then I honestly don't think there is a problem. Even then girls can be very attractive at any size bust. Besides it's your body, be proud of it

This is a question that you should be asking yourself. Here is why... You will have to live with them and the scars for the rest of your life. Unless you have a sugar daddy or was born into money or have a great job.. an elective surgery is super expensive. I would think around 10k or more? Will it make you happy? Too many care about what others think. At the end of the day your happiness is what matters.
