It all comes down to the fact that men still have to hunt/fight for the "privilege". Hence, if somebody is very easy, it is not any more the thrill of the hunt, and also devalues the person.

Personally, I have my (very low) opinion about easy people - and I am entitled to that opinion. You have only two choices - care about it, or ignore it. Because it will never change. If it bothers anybody, they can just ignore it.

Here is the thing though - if you inherently feel shame because of this, then maybe something is wrong with the action. I mean if it was not a problem for you and that is what you are proud of, then you would not feel any shame, yes?

So again, I reserve my right to say no to any girls who I deem too easy. And you know, I wouldn't like to catch anything and all. And everybody else have their right to ignore this.

I had my run-ins with girls to whom I said no and they turned batshit crazy. But when you are wearing a pilot uniform, you get to be picky ^^

I've wondered that too. So if men are encouraged to have a lot of sexual partners, but women are encouraged to have very few, and being gay is still kinda frowned upon, who are men supposed to be fucking?
But for real though slut shaming is stupid as fuck and I can't imagine the added pressure it must put on women.

I've had sex once in my life, with one person, and I will flat out say that if I could have a do over, I wouldn't do it. I made a mistake because I was young drunk and horny and had sex for the wrong reasons with the wrong person. I acknowledge this mistake and am looking for someone who sees things the same way, and my hope is that they would be even wiser and more cautious than I. If my future partner doesn't want a virgin, or at least as close to one as possible, then they really aren't what I'm looking for, or what anyone should be looking for if they desire long term success in their relationship. The fewer previous partners you have had, the greater your capability to form a life long bond with your lover. A life long bond, that's what I am after, so my criteria fits the bill.

@Shamalien i can relate to the first paragraph. I was taken advantage of at 15 by my first boyfriend. Guilted myself for being stupidly naive for like 7 years before i walked down the church aisle and repented. Then i felt confident with this other guy i dated for 2 years and he talked engagement and yea i gave in for one stupid weekend. Felt stupid when he was ready to leave when he thought i was pregnant. Yea that was 2 years ago. Now im just trying not to be stupid again. But yea i do prefer to date someone whos also been with less than a handful of people

Next time, you need to be 100% sure you are making the right decision, no room for doubt, but yeah there are only so many times you can make the same mistake and still recover.
