The reason why they do it is out of selfishness. They don't want to miss out on the trend. Notice how they show it off to the word in order to get praise? Women (especially like that) want to be liked. They want to be seen as positive. That's why they often act politically correct. So no, it's not about black cocks. It's about taking advantage of a trend for their own benefits. I don't see them talk about the Uyghurs in China or the starving kids in Yemen. Why? Not because these are foreign countries. Because it's not a trend. They did the same thing when Charlie Hebdo was a trend.
I wouldn't say mainly or majority, but people generally are more likely to support and stand for people who they find attractive, so you have a point. I doubt as many women would attend to "Asian lives matter" protest if there was one because most women find Asian men the least attractive, they are at least subconsciously less likely to care about them than whites or blacks.
