Getting HIV would be the worse because it could progress to AIDS and literally kill you. An unwanted pregnancy would be terrible, but at least you can manage it without dying (I know you can die from childbirth but it's pretty unlikely). I wouldn't ever abort, but if I didn't want it I would put it up for adoption I guess.
Definitely HIV/Aids. At least you have options with an unwanted pregnancy. With HIV/Aids, your only option is to take expensive medication for the rest of your life.
