What Do You Like (or not like) About Nude Art & Photography?

Women's bodies are just living ART, and I really loved film photography, and had a wonderful 'model,' a dear friend, that loved my photo ART, and loved being part of that!
There is nothing wrong with artistic images of the naked human form, and those are ART.
Seeing the expressions, the poses, elicits and emotional response, from the viewer.

I just don't get it, I find it objectifying.
I believe nudity only has value in the context of intimacy.
Remove that personal aspect, and all you are left with is de-personalized masturbatory material.

It's not appealing to me, I don't want to see nudity for the sake of nudity.

To earn some extra money in college I posed nude for a sketching/art class comprised of both girls and guys. I was worried about getting a boner each time. I made sure to have sex or jerk off before hand which worked. I see nothing wrong with the art of a naked human body... it can be beautiful. Your thoughts?

Well first, the human body is a great and worthy subject of art and has been for over 2 millennia. And fine art nude photography is also something I like if it's not photoshopped and if the photographer doesn't try to get too cute with weird poses or distracting light and shadow effects. I personally like nude art and nude photography that is naturalistic as opposed to stylized or overly contrived.

I don’t see anything wrong with it. It’s the way art was back in the day. I’ve even seen art pictures of the Sistine Chapel. I took two art classes and I’ve seen a lot of nude art.

It is not sexualized nor is it meant to be unless it is erotic art or pictures... I like and appreciate the artistic nudes for showing off the body in a natural way
