I don't have kids so I don't have a strong opinion about this.
But I answered 'D' because teens having sex is just not a good idea. Yes, many of them do it, but I don't think parents should just be permissive about it. It sends the wrong message. Depends how old, and mature, the kids are, and if they are in a committed relationship with someone (that might possibly change the parameters) but in general, most are not mature or responsible enough to be able to handle what goes along with it, so they should not have their parents' blessing. More should wait. There's plenty of time for sex, a whole lifetime for it.
I think I am gonna be a cool mum but there is absolutely no way I will allow my daughter/son to have sex under my roof.

It depends upon how young of course and also how mature both are. However, safe at home and planned, with contraception is far better than hidden away somewhere.
It seems safer to let them do it at my house. I don't actually care as long as the teen isn't super young like 15 and older seems reasonable

Teens will have sex and find ways to do it just like we all did. It’s better to educate them rather than shame them. Make sure to sit down and have a talk with them about sex and taking things to the next level, consent, etc. offer condoms and I’d tell my kid that they also need to go talk to the other parents. As long as I’m not home then whatever but I don’t want to hear it and definitely don’t want to walk in on it, etc.
Always have to tell kids that STDs can be spread through oral. So they need to use a condom unless they are 100% sure their partner is disease free. As a kid I would be scared as hell if I had to ask a girls father if I could have sex with his daughter. The father might lose it and the kid might land up in the hospital.
