No, for two reasons:

1) food doesn't move through the digestive system that quickly. Typically it's 72 hours between consumption and elimination.
2) The rectum, the only part of the colon penetrated during anal sex, is normally empty. When there is material in the rectum we get the urge to eliminate.

So it doesn't matter what you eat.

For some, things like corn can move through in 6-8 hours, and cause some rather uncomfortable, and frequent visits to the bathroom. When something is introduced, into the rectum, causing the 'full' feeling, most react with a need to 'eliminate' and with a lot of corn, in the intestine, this could be quite a horrific experience!
