Is it normal for a 37 year old man to want to have sex with a 23 year old woman?

I know it is legal but that woman is not in the same age bracket as him. More than 10 years age difference,

Sean Penn was 56 when he met his current wife, who was 24, in 2016.

Brad Pitt (56) is currently dating a 27-year-old German model.

Marques Houston married Miya Dickey this year - he was 38 and she was 19.

In June, Dolph Lundgren (62) married a 24-year-old Norwegian personal trainer.

44 year old Zach Braff was dating a 23-year old actress last year.

Nicolas Cage's (56) girlfriend just turned 26 - and his oldest son is 29!

I could go on and on and on, but you get the point. Men who are single, and who can attract younger women, will almost always do so.

Problems: someone who is more than a decade behind you might not be into a lot of things you are into. If they are, you hit gold. Their social circles may also have reservations which is an unfortunate unavoidable truth but once again, if you have a common struggle, partnership is much more viable. Without these emotional compatabilities, sex is 99% improbable.

Consider: are you wanting sexual relief for yourself? For her? She probably doesn't have much incentive to get you off, meaning youd be doing 90% of the work for maybe 10% of the reward. If you feel like you need more sexual relief, go get a magic wand and a stroker attachment. Thank me later.

I don't think it is abnormal. It would depend on the maturity of both parties. I mean a man could be 37 and
not mature so he goes for younger women
or it could be a preference
or it is one of those men who believe women expire at 25
or he just likes that one particular woman.

When a man gets older, younger women do not become unattractive. They are still beautiful and sexually desirable. They may not be a good candidate for a LTR because of the differences in interests and goals, but the idea of sex with a younger woman appeals to many older men.

“To have sex with”... very normal. She is young and probably sexually more appealing than average 37 year old women. As for wanting a relationship, more men would look to someone with shared interests and experiences, so the older woman.

It's not just normal, it's what the overwhelming majority of men hope they will be able do at 37.

Men don't want partners in the same age brackets as them, men want attractive partners, and those are limited by an age range.

It's totally normal and not unreasonable for him to ask her out. If she were 20 or younger it would be less reasonable. If she's just 18 then it seems a bit creepy to me.

many guys 30-60 prefer to date girls 18-30 on average. younger girls how more youthful bodies on average. also have a better chance of naturally having children if that is their life goal. many girls 18-30 prefer to date guys 30-60 on average. older guys tend to more mature and financially stable on average. so they can support themselves, their partner and children easier.

Yes, this is completely normal. If your body looks developed enough and doesn't show signs of an age where your fertility is probably declining (around mid 30s) guys are going to be naturally attracted to you.
