Guys, is your FLACCID/SOFT penis big (over 3” long) or small (under 3” long)?

This question is inspired by this one about erect length. There’s much more data available about erect size, but not much about flaccid size, hopefully we’ll get a good number of responses.
The results on the survey cited above confirm that 5” is in fact the average length of an erect penis. I know that the sample is small, but over and over again we see the same results.

Mine is 6” flaccid most of the time, during the winter it gets down to about 4” - 5,” given it can get down to 10 degrees here.
Though being big flaccid isn’t always a good thing. I have a clear outline of it in all the cloths I wear. Wearing basketball shorts shows an even more detailed outline. When I was on the swim team when I was younger the tight swim suits left zero to the imagination.
I got used to people looking, so it doesn’t really bother me that much. But I’ve talked to other guys that are very self conscious about how visible it is and do everything they can to hide it.

Interesting, still 8 is a very nice size plus you get to brag even more when soft. Do women expect it to be bigger when the see it soft?

I don't have a set flaccid length. On average, it's about 3.5 to 4" nbp. But when I'm out swimming in cold water, it's like 2.5" lol

Yup, I guess we’re talking more about averages, mine does the same.
My flaccid pecker looks smaller as I've got older. Don't know why, maybe gravity and the loss of skin elasticity is to blame. I'm still around 6 inches erect though.

Yes, not noticed any decrease in hard size. It's not as rock hard as it used to be but still does its job

my range of flaccid is like 0-4" lol
