I would think Brave would be the most popular. I haven't seen the movie but I heard about it a bit. I hope children would be the most drawn to that one.
I like that the ty character is so playful and not sexual or feminine. That's refreshing.
Plus, animal costumes get lots of hugs on Halloween.
The Arthur girl is not very dressed up but she does look nice. I don't know what that's about, that character.

But I'm lousy at coming up with stuff like this, so I don't know what a good female role model costume would be. I like things that are esoteric and not cliché. Ruth Bader Ginsberg came to mind but can't imagine that would be too popular.
