Well on one hand I'm a virgin so yeah cause I've haven't done a single damn thing and it all seems new and exciting too me.

I focus on what is important in that moment, like a task I have to perform or the train of thought I need to finish. So I just shift my focus away from sexual thoughts. If the situation is desperate (e. g. with swimwear and many eyes on) I think about something gory but... For obvious reasons, that's a last resort as it's also quite distracting at that point I assumed you didn't mean how to do "maintenance" as that's probably pretty obvious
