It'd be an immediate hard "No" after reading the first line. But if I just saw her picture, like on Hinge, then green hair, "Karen glasses," a nose ring, and half her head shaved would also be the visual equivalent of that.

Also to note, this literally describes most Progressive millennial feminists, except the "skinny but wears bras" part. They're usually obese (not thick, curvy, or plus-sized, but disgustingly fat with a muffin top overflowing out their jeans) with small breasts.
