What New York State prison will Donald Trump be incarcerated in?

So, once Trump is no longer President, the State of New York is going to hunt him down for all the crimes he has perpetrated - basically a zillion counts of fraud. The evidence is damning.

He might be acquitted simply because of Trumpsters on the jury, but, assuming we get a conviction, Trump will become an inmate in a New York State maximum-security prison which means one of these:

ATTICA
AUBURN
CLINTON (ANNEX)
COXSACKIE
DOWNSTATE
EASTERN NY
ELMIRA
FIVE POINTS
GREAT MEADOW
GREEN HAVEN
SHAWANGUNK
SING SING
SOUTHPORT
SULLIVAN
UPSTATE
WENDE

Which of the above do you think he will be in?

I suspect they might put him with that other famous misogynistic molester, Harvey Weinstein, who is currently in Wende Correctional Facility in Alden NY. That way, they can " grab 'em by the pussy " together. Or, at the same place, bunk with John Lennon's assassin, Mark David Chapman. After all, instant karma is going to get you.

Maybe he can talk to German shepherds with Son of Sam killer, David Berkowitz in Shawangunk.

Or maybe they'll send him up to Dannemora at Clinton Correctional Facility. That's where NY does executions. Trump can bitch about his fraudulent conviction and get pointers about killing women with Joel Rifkin.

There are just so many fun people Trump will get to spend the rest of his life with if we can avoid a Trumpster during voir dire (when they pick the jury).

Oh, and the best part... ?

No future GOP presidential pardon can release Trump. He'll be incarcerated under New York State law, not Federal law.

Dear Lord Jesus, please let me live long enough to see the day he goes to prison!

  • 1st will be moved to Brooklyn House of Detention - where Epstien died in, and where Michael Cohen was, held until pretrial motions and until his case his heard, will probably be in solitary since he maybe a threat to himself and the general population. After trial, and convicted (unless Barr or Guiliani intervenes) He may post bond, and be allowed in his penthouse until trial, unless he flees to Florida. This usually is how New York State works if he in the Southern District. (paralegal for 20 years within Richmond, Queens, New York, Kings, County Court System)

In the words of a famous Detective in NYC...

    Yippie Ki A Mother...

    • Southern District is the right jurisdiction for a Federal crime. Trump will be charged in state court. Does NY use the same districts? I never checked. I believe Vance is going after him in New York County, that's it.

    • Ty for MHO. @abc3643 yes it’s the southern district here

  • You leftist are truly insane. First you would have to be able to charge him with something, you can't. Second even if you make up a charge (as leftist have done time and time again) you have to actually have something to back it enough for it to go through (so far you have failed in this as well). Third you would have to be able to have him stop being president which so far isn't the case (even with the proven voter fraud going on, things are still up in the air, democrats have violated multiple voting laws so their is going to be recounts and lawsuits etc.).

    • Keep dreaming and drinking the Kool-Aid.

    • Says the cultist.

    • LOL. Do you know why Trump's not going to be president anymore? Enough moderates and Republicans who may have voted for him in 2016 woke-up and smelled the coffee and realized what an absolute incompetent narcissistic asshole he his.

  • I hope Dannemora.

  • This is the kind of venomous rant that has our nation so polarized. You are part of the problem.

    • And this is different than Trump's venomous rants how? And you SUPPORT those rants? Maybe YOU are part of the problem. After all, YOU voted in that scumbag not realizing what he is. I've had 47 years of his bullshit. We from the City all have. This is why, in NYC, he is more or less loathed. Think about that: The place of his birth. His hometown. The place where he should get the most votes. And he is so detested there, he had to officially change his residence to Florida. At least he saved a lot of money by only paying $750 in taxes last year. He's going to need it for his legal bills.

    • "And this is different than Trump's venomous rants how? And you SUPPORT those rants?" No. "Maybe YOU are part of the problem. After all, YOU voted in that scumbag not realizing what he is." The choice was him or corrupt Hillary. I would have preferred Ted Cruz as the Republican nominee. "I've had 47 years of his bullshit. We from the City all have. NYC has never been a friendly venue for conservatives. Yes, you are full of hate and venom. his seems rather typical of the Democrat party now and it is quite horrible.

  • I vote Cliton prison :D

    • Me too. He'll want it too. All those long dark cold winters up there... He'll miss them when he is burning in Hell.

    • Honestly, I can't wait to see him in jail

  • Dude trump isn't going to jail. We don't jail Presidents. He will be embarrassed, that's all.

    • I don't think he will go to jail either although he might take a plea. I do suspect someone within his organization will go to prison.

    • People already have. Where have you been? Do we have to trot out the list of indictments?

    • Please do! It's like porn!

  • The president cannot be indicted for crimes committed while president. He would need to be successfully impeached which he wasn’t.

    • That is false. The Supreme Court would decide that and it has not decided that. But that is irrelevant anyway. Trump will be out of office on 20 JAN 2021. New York State will be coming after Citizen Trump.

    • It’s not false lmao. Why do Democrat’s think they can just make up new rules and redefine things to suit their agendas

    • From Reuters...

Can a sitting U. S. president face criminal charges?
      By Jan Wolfe

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - The U. S. Constitution explains how a president can be removed from office for “high crimes and misdemeanors” by Congress using the impeachment process. But the Constitution is silent on whether a president can face criminal prosecution in court, and the U. S. Supreme Court has not directly addressed the question.

  • he won't... he plans to get straight on a flight to scotland after he loses the presidency

    • And then is brought back here under extradition.

    • why did he not send that secoulas woman back to face her charges of causing death by dangerous driving? hmmm maybe to set a precedent for extradition orders being ignored in the future perhaps

    • Scotland would not refuse extradition. In fact, no one would except maybe Russia where Trump might defect to anyway; after all, that's where his boss lives.

  • Give him Jeffrey Epstein’s cell.

  • No president in america has ever gone to jail after been office. There not gonna start now.

    • You're probably right because I just cannot conceive of a fair jury in his case. I suspect there might be a plea deal.

    • Billionaire + President = Felon that can get away with anything no matter what.

    • Nixon would have had Ford not pardoned him. That was a very controversial decision in 1974 and was revisited when Ford died in 2006. It is a significant reason Ford was not re-elected in 1976. We've jailed governors before. A president is definitely possible.

  • I think any prison would be good but he's probably going to try to leave the country like he said.

    • He might, yeah. I was thinking the same thing and wondering where he could go that would be immune from extradition and not destroy him totally financially once there's a freeze on his assets.

    • It would have to be either Russia or Ukraine. Or unless he holes himself up in his hotel in China.

  • He won't. Don't hold your breath. I am a Trumpster and can think critically. Unlike the Romanoffs, the Trumps have an escape plan in pace for if the Bolsheviks (Democrats) try to come for him.

Word of caution. Praying for others' misfortune can result in unexpected consequences for you. You have to turn those you disfavor over to G0d for disposition.

    • Thanks for the advice. You are right. God is dealing with it... just like he dealt with it with Lee Atwater and now Rush Limbaugh although he's taking his sweet time with that last one. Atwater was so vile, God took him out right away.

  • He'll be in bonny Scotland before the arrest warrant is issued... eating overcooked steaks and playing golf on his courses

    • And then he'll be brought back under extradition.

    • Then he'll arrange a plane crash over the atlantic and disappear

    • LOL... Like D B Cooper!

  • What a troll post, grow up.

    • Actually, believe it or not, it wasn't a troll post. I am a NYer like Trump. I know that NY is coming after him. I expect it may be impossible to get an unbiased jury. However, if the jury was unbiased, he would almost certainly be convicted and sent to prison. So, I literally was wondering which one it would be. Part of me thinks it should be minimum security, but Harvey Weinstein is in maximum security, so I'd have to expect that Trump would be too - for his safety's sake.

    • Harvey did way worse than what trump has done tho, trump also is gonna dodge everything just like Hillary did, till that bitch is on the plank he definitely won't be.

    • On a human level, yes, what Harvey did was worse. On a financial level, what Trump did was worse. As for Hillary, she's done nothing wrong BUT the situation with the email security was wrong. I was a bit pissed myself about it. She SHOULD have been penalized for that, but the Department of Justice decided for a verbal reprimand since there was no "mens rea" ( " criminal mind " ) which is necessary for the existence of a crime. I was in the same situation in 1992-1994 when I had a Department of Defense SECRET clearance. Had I been callous about email security like she was using a personal account for government business, then I could have faced 10 years in Federal Prison and a $10,000 fine.

  • Lmao. Will never happen. You’d think TDS would stop with the election but here we are.

    • Believe it or not, I was not a "Never Trumper". Years ago, I even liked the idea of his running. But, as the years went by starting right after you were born, I began to see who he really was. Many did. Most people only know him from The Apprentice and beyond, but those of us who remember him from before that time... We learned what kind of guy he was... just like his two ex-wives and former business partners did.

  • Why would trump go to prison I don't understand Hillary should be in prison but she's not so please tell me what has trump done to go to prison

    • Trump has committed all sorts of financial crimes including fraud.

      This may help explain it:
      nymag.com/.../donald-trump-criminal-case.html

Meanwhile, Hilary has done nothing felonious although the situation with the email was poor, but the Justice Department decided not to file any charges because they didn't see "Mens rea" (a criminal mind, which is necessary for a crime).

    • I'm not ganna argue I disagree but I lost brain cell reading your reply and even if I argue with you it would just be a endless argument

    • You are very young, so you don't have much experience with Donald Trump. These crimes that we are talking about are related to his business empire before being president (and possibly during). Much of it has been financial fraud. For instance, stating his net worth was considerably higher than it really was. Well, when you apply for loans, you can't lie on the form... If you do, that's an example of fraud. Understand?
