Neither one would bother me at all, to be honest. I'm kinda "silent" during sex, but that's if grunts and heavy breathing doesn't count. If I had to choose, then being fully silent would be "more disturbing" because it'd seem a little inhuman (to some people).

Silence could be off-putting. Moaning can help guys know what they are doing is working. Although you can usually tell when a girl is cumming, I prefer she tell me so I can keep doing what I'm doing and not ruin her orgasm. Plus it can be a turn on to hear her moan and yell.
