To me, it's all about a girls confidence and her personality. A shy girl that has a bland personality with a body with all the right stuff... It means nothing.

She's got breasts and she knows it. But let's say for the sake of argument. She keeps talking about designer labels and how her make up brands compare, when you bring up things like news or pop culture, she does not know or even want to know let alone be able to talk to with a debatable conversation, mainly because she just don't care, if you want my breasts and body they are here but you will have to take me like that. I am not saying that's who she is or that girls commonly act that way but let's just use that as an example.
Now this girl comes up and instantly wants to have fun, wants to encourage you to gp swimming, catch a movie, and go grab a bite to eat somewhere with a fun atmosphere. She genuinely interested in what you have to say and actually has conversations with you that you want to engage with.
Out of the two, one girl clearly has a bigger bust but to me, it's more about the girls personality and what she does with the body she has.
I like a girl, that can look at that big bust girl and not think a second about it. She can straighten out her bra or bikini top in pride, feeling good about what she has to offer. And being happy about it. I want to show these music lyrics again simply because i think girls sometimes need to say them. They need to own them and receive them

I keep seeing these questions from many people. My answer is the same everytime. As long as you have boobs, we don't care. Boobs are hot, but when they get too big or fake, nope. If you want bigger boobs naturally, gain a little fat and do some push ups. As a guy, I had no chest. I started working out and now I have 38-40 inches. Girls don't need to get that much muscle to increase their breasts and if you gain a couple percent of body fat (2-4%) then it will increase even more without looking like you have pecs instead of boobs. There is no specific size that is a must have. Breast size isn't something that would make me lose interest in a girl. As long as she has *some* type of boobs its great.
To those who need a specific size or those who take in between certain measurements use. To all others is acceptance.

If she's close to to giving birth and there's no increase in breast size then that's all red flag for some kind of health problem.
If you're trying to gauge a guy's preferences for a woman's proportions then all I can say is that I wasn't born with a list of requisite sizes, shapes, proportions, and colors, for my ideal woman, so I guess there wouldn't really be any such preferences to be observed or acknowledged.
