I want to eat healthier and shape my body up to attract more guys/girls ( I am bi ) who are 7-10/10 looks. I feel kind of bad but I post in the fetish community and yes there are your erm... neck beard long incels in there. Its not turning me on and its no fun. I still flirt with them but it doesn't turn me on. I have sexy guys message me but I felt guilty and couldn't offer much.

Feel guilty for wanting to be your best in order to attract the best you can get? That makes no sense. Being our best to attract the best mate is what we're supposed to do. It's a million times better than the majority, who just sit around and bitch that "society" looks down on them for "being who they are".
