Why don’t people understand the difference between physical mascularity and sexuality?

Not quite sure that I completely understand what you mean,
Are you asking why people do not understand that a woman is still a woman even though she maybe is stronger than her male counterparts,
If this is so then I think I could possibly provide an explanation just based on my own experiences. I have come across a few female male bodybuilders and admittedly they where clearly on steroids, I think when they are users they transition to masculine looks is quite evident and there is an incredible level of aggression which would scare a lot of mere mortal folk, I actually had an incident with a female bodybuilder that took offence at what I said, I had no idea how she managed to take offence at what I said and I was quite confused by her reaction, she was so bad with aggression she actually came for me. it brings a lot of conflicts up in because I have not had any occasion to hit a woman, although if she had not had a trip on the wet floor I may have had to, This is where I believe the problem will stem from perhaps

If one chooses to look different than 99% of other people the burden is on them if they confuse others. I suppose they could make a big deal of telling others details about themselves. Like if I put on a KKK outfit and walk down the street but I don't actually believe in what the KKK preaches then I am at risk of confusing people.

I think people do understand the difference. I think the problem is you don't want to accept the views of most people. Physical and sexual are all linked together. They not separate.

@Pete671 I understand that some men, like you, are attracted to masculine looking women. But men like you are uncommon, just like women who are attracted to effeminate men are uncommon. That's because heterosexual men are attracted to masculinity, not femininity, and heterosexual women are attracted to masculinity, not femininity. It is normal for women to be sexually attracted to large muscles; it is NOT normal for men to be attracted to large muscles. The fact you as a man are attracted to masculinity is an oddity. Nothing wrong with that, but you need to recognize that's what you are.
