What I consider cheating:
Flirting, kissing, sex (anal, oral, vaginal, dry fucking etc), emotional cheating, signing up on a datingsite or app, sexting.

Cheating is breaking whatever boundaries your relationship isn't agreed-upon. Some people have open relationships, or allow others to see people, even have sex. So it just depends on what you agree on.

I am in a social group with multiple girls and my girlfriend doesn't know all of the times I am with them. Granted, there are usually some other guys too. As for where I volunteered I was 1 of 3 guys there. A good number of the nurses and CRNAs were hot too.
