Aside from the obvious massive implants, anyone saying "yes" is just lying.

Also, implants come in various grades and some of the higher end ones are almost identical to the real thing.

Just like a good car shop can make your car look brand new after an accident repair. implants is very much a "get what you pay for" game. A lot of people get good implants, but average surgeons to implant them.

I absolutely notice them, and I'm generally not a fan. It's very rare that I can't tell they're fake when clothed, but you can sometimes be fooled, though it's impossible not to be able to tell when they're naked.

I've always been attracted to all-natural girls - no tattoos, no extraneous piercings, and no fake parts. A girl doesn't need big boobs to be attractive to me - she needs to be REAL.

I can tell fake boobs from looking at them. I haven't touched a fake boob ever, but my guess is they will feel different, yes, like a bit more rigid

It depends on the quality of the implant and surgery technique, but you can definitely feel the difference with lower quality implants.
