But since you asked the question, I'm going to give you the answer

Roughly 80% of men - which is the VAST MAJORITY - have an "average"-sized penis, which in the US means a dick that's 5.2"-6.1" long. Of the remaining 20%, 10% (half) will have a smaller-than-average penis, and 10% with have a larger-than average penis. This means you are arbitrarily eliminating 90% of men based on a single attribute, right off the top. But that's not even the whole story.

If we look at that 10% of men with above-average penises, probably 90% of them will still be under 7", and 10% will be 7" or larger - and if you're like most women, you define "big" as 7" or more, which means you're REALLY looking at only 1% of the overall population of men, and eliminating 99% of men right off the top. And you've done this without any consideration of the qualities of the men themselves. 99% of men eliminated, even if they are sexy, even if they are handsome, even if they treat you well, etc.

And now let's talk about that 1% of men with big dicks. Guys with big dicks know that women desire them, and MOST (not all, but a big majority) of them take advantage of that, and they use that advantage to sleep around and use women for sex. They cheat all the time, and bang just about every woman they meet. Why? Because they can, because most women will ignore or excuse their behavior, for a while at least. But these same women then complain that "all men are pigs" and that "men all cheat" and all of those other negative stereotypes, without ever realizing that their own choices are causing them to choose that type of man over and over again, so that it SEEMS that all men are that way, when the vast majority aren't.

Looping back to your original question, let's compare to men who like big boobs (which is FAR from all men): most men would consider "big boobs" to be a D-cup or larger, which means they're looking more like 35% of women, not just 1%. And even most men who like and prefer big boobs don't make that a requirement; for most, it's just a bonus. Finally, women with big boobs don't have the same kind of negative behavior (sleeping around, etc.) that guys with big dicks have, so there's just not the same negative associations for men who date them, vs. those who don't. Perhaps if big boobs were extremely rare, that might be different, but they aren't all that rare.

So, those would be the reasons why SOME men care - it's really no where near an equal comparison.

A lot of white men feel like they can never live up to a black man.
