  • wanna say legal brothels in the U. S. require both the guy and the girl each use their own form of protection. to reduce chances of spreading STD's and unwanted or unplanned pregnancy from happening. however if she does end up pregnant the brothel could require she abort it or take a leave of absents while pregnant. if she makes the choice to keep the child she'll have to legally decide to involve the father or not. but if she does then it's likely he could end up paying child support at the least.

  • Yes, he is.

Most Helpful Girl

  • He should be responsible for his action like he was when he decided to have sex in the first place

  • A baby is a baby. You’ll be the legal father -> you’ll pay. Normal practice (for sane people) is to wear a condom with a prostitute. It’s also stupid from the prostitute because she’ll be much longer out of business. Child support is not a free salary either in spite what many scorned men whine about.

Responsible men would wear a condom when they fuck a prostitute, don’t be surprised if your tool works for its intended purpose and then whine about it.

  • LoL in this country... no doubt!!! He would be on the hook for 25 years or until the kid graduated college!!!

  • I wanna say "no". But anymore... who can say?

  • Does that mean that one goes to a prostitute in Nevada - and leaves his address behind?
In THIS case he deserves that shit :D

  • I dont know what the laws of nevada state

  • Not unless she was unaware that he didn't have a condom on. Her job is to have sex. Sex can result in pregnancy, she should take precautions if she's having unprotected sex.

  • He's responsible for the child in every way yes.

  • Brothels are disgussting and also unrespect humanity and enemy of the humanity

  • If he is infact the father of that child he sure is.

  • Nope

  • It's illegal to have unprotected sex in Nevada brothels so this would not happen.

    • MHO Too easy

    • Dayum smart!!

  • .. aren't brothels strict about condom use in Nevada? How the hell did that get past them? Furthermore if that is the case, then no, he shouldn't be. The women are supposed to have protected sex with the clients that go through there to my knowledge. Her negligence should be grounds for termination, possibly a lawsuit

    • It's hypothetical shit Don't take it so serious

    • @pigoat calm down, guy. I just skimmed it and answered it at face value. If it was a joke, it was a joke and it went over my head.
