Do people know that only prepubescent girls have no armpits and pubic hair? So why do many people hate on adult woman having natural hairy body?

I really dont understand why are some people piece of shit and insult women just because they dont want to shave. Mind your own business. I dont understand why men can walk like apes but when women have little bodyhair she gets so much hate. Body hair is sign that the woman is not a kid anymore. Sometimes i really think that these people have pedo tendencies

People treat women who dont want to shave as if they commit crime. I have seen a question about hairy female body and many people just insult them. Before you say this is opnion. This ain't opinion. Bodyshaming/hatespeech is not opinion. It is ok if you dont like but dont bodyshame anyone who dont want to shave

I also realize that idiotic people also hate on men who dont mind unshaven women. Wth are their problems? Why do you insult men who like natural female body and would you also hate on women who like unshaven men? Again it is ok if you dont like it but just stop with all this hatespeech. I am afraid if they start killing/ beating us up for not shaving. I can't respect anyone's preference when these same people treat women who dont shave like trash

  • You are so right. I fail to see what is so attractive or even healthier about the removal of pubic hair or any other hair for that matter.

Nature and evolution put hair on those places for very specific reasons. Those are:

    1. protection against dust
    2. protection against bacteria
    3. sunscreen
    4. body temperature regulation

Why would a normal human want to remove a natural protection? This is a a new type of fashion that did not exist in the time when humans were making decisions with their brain and not their genitals.

There is strictly no medical need whatsoever to remove any type of hair, whether it is on the arms/legs, armpits and even less on the genital area. It goes to show that people nowadays are not thinking further than their noses and just follow a trend like a herd of sheep that follows the alpha animal jumping off a cliff.

    • thanks for the MHO

    • How come when you say this you get likes and MHO, but when I said the same thing in past "shaved or not?" threads all I got was downvoted?

    • In the past? I also would give you a mho if i could.

  • It has to do with the newborn baby look they have in porn I think (as that's what inspired some to shave their pubes). Other than that it's a preference some people have. But I don't think people should shame pubic hair because some people like it, look good, and feel good with it. Plus if taken care of properly it can look quite beautiful. But in the end it's just a preference to have it or not. But I've heard good and bad things from the health side too.

  • Hey, you do you. That should be your right and as long as you're not somehow harming someone all is well.

As far as the whole history of it, as far as we know body hair removal has been a thing for the last 7000 or so years. Probably longer. Probably much longer. But that's as far back as the actual evidence goes. Usually difficult to do more than guess when we go past ancient egypt. However it isn't some new media fly.

In modern society it probably holds more advantages than disadvantages. I can't speak for where you live but shaving your genital area and armpits is very much expected for both genders where I am. As far as armpits goes, to me it just feels a lot more fresh. And the genital area, outside of looks, such as things actually being visible, is also practical.
But if you feel better hairy, than be hairy! Really it is just some hair. Nothing to be too concerned about.

    • What? In many Asian countries shaving is still not a thing. In germanic countries shaving was a new thing in 2000s. I even remember as a kid how women just go swimming without caring about bodyhair

    • I agree and disagree! It does indeed go back 7000 years. That doesn't mean it does that globally without pause of course. There was indeed a fashion of having as much hair down there as possible too. Albeit that would be the irregularity, not the common occurence.

    • It is a just a ridiculous beauty standard

  • I don't know, most of the women on this site think it is fashionable to be as bald as a new born baby. They think they have to be slicker than frog hair to be acceptable to men ( who look like Sasquatch down there themselves). But whatever.

Do people know that only prepubescent girls have no armpits and pubic hair? So why do many people hate on adult woman having natural hairy body?
    • To the downvoters - fuck off! I'm saying the same thing MHO people said.

  • people are allowed to have their own preference... it’s not right to judge other people based on such things. but if you choose something that is out of the norm, it’s only natural to get a little pushback on that.

also there are plenty of double standards that men have towards women... there are also plenty of double standards that women have for men... they are just different.

this is the beauty of relationships... they have to be mutual! If someone is a douche, you just don’t talk to them anymore.

  • You are free to have hair under your arms for the rest of your life. It's your body. But. . . you can't make other people like it.

Other people don't like the hair under your arms because it looks masculine and maybe even smells. But. . . they can't make you shave it.

    Seems rather balanced to me.

Is someone chasing you down on the street and making you listen to their disapproving opinion?

  • Don't pay attention to such people. Hair is natural to humans. And they make a woman very attractive. Any psychoanalyst will agree with you that shaving your hair has a childlike subtext

  • I agree with you And if it's clean I love a big old bush

  • Because beauty industry created a need for their products out of thin air, so they can sell more stuff.

Alongside other beauty trends, like the need for plastic surgery to create the real "perfect face augmented reality filter face".

  • Idc if a girl has hair or not. As long as they don't care that I shave all mine off. I'm just wondering why you want something on your body that smells and you have to wear chemicals to mask it...

    • Hair dont stinks. Anybody with bodyhair or not will stink if they dont take care about hygiene

    • Yeah that's not true. Hair locks in bacteria. Even after a shower.

    • So then you should shave your head too. And how can the arm/leg hair lock bacteria? A lot of men have bodyhair. Should all of them shave it to get clean?

  • Well I don't agree with insulting women or shaming them for it. To each their own for me. Having said that I do prefer no hair. But I believe men and women's views of it being "childlike" are very different. For some reason that's where women's minds seem to go, but that's not were guy's minds go. Not for me anyway. That doesn't even come into my mind. You are still very much a woman, hair or not. But you're very right, some people (especially online) just get ridiculous about it.

    • And I like it for the visual. I like to see, especially the vagina. Not just see hair (no turn on there lol). And to me it just looks better/cleaner as well. And I'd like it for myself even. I'm a very hairy guy, but I hate it personally lol. I'd like to have the hair on top of my head and that's it if I had my way lol.

    • I agree with you

    • People should keep these insults or whatever for themself. We dont have to know that you are disgusted or thinking this is gross online

  • It's got nothing to do with been a pedo.
And to think or imply in anyway a person is a pedo cause they don't like that hair is just as bad if not worse than shaming people for having that hair. Since been called a pedo for not liking something is much worse than someone just saying to someone your gross. So don't be a hypocrite.
And me i don't even like my own armpit hair or pubic hair or facial hair. I only like the hair on the top of the head.

    • Yes you are not pedo but you still can pedo preferences pr preferences of kid's body such as hairless body etc. I dont shame you for having pedo preferences.

    • It's not a pedo preference. smh

    • and saying that is an insult and shaming cause pedo is a bad thing.

  • I prefer it hairy but I can understand guys who like it shaved. It's just a preference and for some it might visually be more pleasing, and especially when it comes to pubic hair, it might feel better for some when performing oral sex.

There is enough on the body of an adult woman to clearly see the difference with a prepubescent child. Having a preference for shaved armpits and pubic area doesn't have anything to do with pedophilia.

My girlfriend prefers it when I shave my pubic hair, but when I do that, I never have the idea that I would look like a child. With or without hair, there is clearly a difference between the genitalia of children and adults.

  • Influenced by porn.
For reasons I can't explain, younger guys have a high "Ewww" factor and are not comfortable around the visceral aspects of sex like hair, fluids, fragrance and taste.

  • I love to have a girl who got pubic hair, just something I prefer

  • It's your body, so do whatever makes you happy. There are certainly some people who think it's their business whether or not others shave their pits and pubes. Many men like everything shaved, but many do not, especially the pubes. A guy that is into you shouldn't care.

    • Thank you. I really have enough of people insulting random women just because of body hair.

  • I believe everyone should keep their body's and body hair as they like it, Shave if you want, go all natural it's up to you

  • Mmh... probably because women consummately treat each other like dog shit, and men don't really have any choice but to go along with what women tell them they should expect from other women.

    • Interesting point

    • I mean female incels exist and so you partly right

    • The first Incel was a woman, actually. But even the ones who aren't Incels are straight up savage with each other.

  • It's your choice. Fuck them.
My only down side to hairy pussy are the pubes that get stuck in my throat and the involuntary hacking like a cat with a hairball... not sexy at all.

  • Different societal "norms" form different acceptances in people. While hair is a naturally occurring trait on both men and women, that doesn't mean you have to like it, or dislike it, uniformly. "Hating it" or "hating on someone" because they don't shave, seems really extreme if that's the case.

I look at it as a secondary gender characteristic, and the attraction or lack of it is explained both by nurture and nature. I'm not sure why I prefer certain things, or not, when it comes to hair on a woman's body. I just do. But I would never "hate" a woman for her choice. By the way, I don't think men with gorilla hair look good either, and I don't like on myself!

    • I overreact by saying men walking like apes. So sorry for it. Even if a man's body is full of hair, i would not judge it and it is his choice. I mean you can dislike it but if you call it gross and insult this person for it then this is not ok. Even if you want to insult it, then do it in your mind, you dont have to tell the whole world how much you hate it. Just keep it for yourself, instead of bullying/insulting this person

    • I mean people do insult these people on internet so much

    • I don't doubt they do, but I don't pay attention to those folks. You're correct, any remarks aimed at insulting that person's choice, are just signs of ignorance.

  • I prefer hair, personally, and always have. Hair is soft.

  • It's a mindset, and one I think is flawed. Here's my opinion, anyway, if it's worth anything: Kids are flat chested and have hairless bodies. Neither is particularly attractive for me.
