What can cause an erection problem?

For about a year I think I have an erection problem. It's not a big deal for me, because I rarely use my penis. (I haven't been with a woman in 3 years), but I have gay thoughs and desires and I wonder if its because of that. Also I got a little fat, so maybe its because of that too. I cum once, or twice in a month and my penis can't seem to be that hard anymore, like it used to be and I think it's smaller, but maybe it is just my imagination. So what can cause an erection problem?

  • Ever hear the phrase "Use it or lose it?" You state that you rarely use it and don't really care if you have an erection. That would be needed to penetrate a woman and thus you have no need get hard anymore. Then you realized that you can remain soft while still being able to cum. So, no you don't have an erection problem since you longer need to have one for sexual satisfaction.

    • Yes, exactly... You understand me, I think its exactly like that.

  • Discard biological reasons first! Go to your urologist. There’s no shame in that. He will be the only expert in this field. If he discards biological reasons, he will then refer you to an MD Sexologist (not a psychologist). I’m about to graduate as an MD. Don’t fret :)
