I've worked in several different jobs, and women have made sexual advances, and touched me, and sometimes we did other, intimate things, later. I NEVER thought that was 'abuse' in any way!! Yeah, they were usually quite a bit older, but 'abuse"? I didn't feel that way at all!!
I guess today is different, and even some guys can feel like someone is taking advantage! Sorry, still can't get this sorted in my mind!! Scottsmen? In Kilts? WTF?
That reminds me of an old joke:
A Scotsman gets drunk at the pub and goes to walk home. Halfway home he lays down and falls asleep. Three Lass’s (of legal age of course) stumble upon him and wonder what is worn under a kilt. Kilts are made of War which is very scratchy. I don't like scratching my junk in front of a lady because I think it's rude and it's a little bit embarrassing and I don't think she enjoys it either and wearing wool against those body parts is a good wave and inviting more scratching. Fondling of each other's body parts is great that's fine but scratching that's not fun for anyone.

As a kilt wearing American I can tell you that it's true in the US as well. I have had quite a few very inappropriate comments, encounters and touch here as well.
But, a lot of it is the confidence it takes to pull it off.
