Yes i am.

Because :

- I can maintain eye contact. The fact that i know she knows her cleaverage is visible i use in my own interest : because i will try my best to make a very good conversation with her. So she notices this and thinks to herself : he isn't easily distracted and wants to know me as a person i really am, not only like a piece of meat. Even if i stumble - she will realise that's because i find her so hot that i'm losing my mind a little bit in her presence, which i know women love.

- People don't hold 100 percent of time eye contact, it's natural to focus, at least for a short time, on something else. So, when i see she is looking somewhere else, i'll take a look for a second or two.

I don't have any problems, but I'm gonna look and I'm not going to apologise for doing so. As l don't act sneaky about it or pretend I'm not looking, and because I don't stare blankly, I rarely get any negative feedback - more often they'll ask my opinion on how they look or make a flirty comment.

I'm not the most comfortable at the thought of talking to girls.
However when I get into it I'm fine. Depends in how much they show, like whether it's better/worse than what you show in those photos.

Totally can and have done that before. The easiest way to do it is get the obvious out of the way early in the conversation. Let her know you noticed so that way you can move on from it and still have a meaningful conversation without having to hide the fact that she is obviously eye catching.
