I know I'm a hypocrite for saying this, since I was a total man whore in high school and grade school, but you don't have to make the same mistakes I did. Your first date doesn't obligate you to perform any type of oral, lip, genital, open mouth seminal fluids recepticle, or other type of servicing, if you're not comfortable with it. If you want to do it, then that's your prerogative, and I hope it's enjoyable for you, but if you doing it for someone else's pleasure, then you might want to think about how it will make you feel.
I'm not saying that it's necessarily wrong to do that on a first date, but some people aren't comfortable moving that quickly, and if you you're one of those people, then do what makes you feel comfortable.
This isn't a p**** film audition after all, and if it is I don't think that's the best way to meet guys. If a little peck on the cheek or maybe a handshake is more than adequate and probably more than the guy who end up deserving. If you really enjoy yourself in this company then go as far as you feel comfortable doing bearing in mind to avoid any activities that will make you feel less than wholesome in the morning, that criteria being yours to establish, and no one else's, of course..
Trust me you have your entire life to make bad decisions concerning dates and sex it's no rush getting into it, and statistically speaking, you have a 50/50 chance that your first date is going to be a jerk, anyway, and may not deserve any such courtesy.

If it's a one-time hook-up with a random guy you'll never see again, do whatever turns you on. If he's a total stranger a facial is safer in case he has a STD. If he's someone you have known for a while and trust, do whatever you are comfortable doing. Swallowing can be more intimate. A facial could be interpreted by some as degrading. If the guy is someone you don't know well and are getting to know him, I recommend getting to know him a lot more until having sex.
