I have heard this before and now a recent hookup wants to finish on my face. He said it's good for my skin. True or no?

I looked into it a while ago, and I don't remember what they said exactly, but I think it was something along the line of cum having things in it that you could argue would be good for your skin, as well as just being good for your well being in general. Hypothetically anyway 😂 Because the amount of good things in it is so little that the positive effects is probably negligible. Moreover, while studies suggest that sperm makes women happier, it's best absorbed through the vaginal walls, so just regular sex while on the pill would do the trick better than facials and swallowing 😩 Sadly.

At the very least I haven't read anything about it being bad for you, so... there's that :p
