Incest can truly hurt people and children so I can understand it remaining illegal. Polygamy on the other hand is a natural marriage between still one man and one woman. The same man can be in more than one heterosexual marriage being the only difference. It’s as old of a practice as the oldest part of Bible.

As long as no children are harmed or people in general forced into the arrangement against their will with abusive practices, I think polygamy should be fully legalized 100% so religions can have their rights to believe and practice as they see fit.

At least in polygamy, the wives know one another and treat each other well. There is the upmost respect for the wives. Society makes fun of polygamy as sick yet many of the same people who criticize it have multiple (unmarried) sex partners in every town and zip code!

If homosexually is legal, it is therefore only legally fair and right to legalize a religious marriage practice (polygamy) as ancient as human civilization itself. But they keep it illegal because there is a double standard in order to illegally discriminate against religious institutions.

This is not a double standard: They're completely different things. Someone can be monogamous and homosexual, and I don't know of any homosexual that would fuck their own family. I can accept people having sex with their own gender, that doesn't bother me at all, but imagine meeting someone and then finding out they've been sucking their own father's dick willingly since forever. Talk about a turn-off, and about being fucking sick in the head

Polygamy has been receiving a steadily increasing amount of attention/activism from what I've seen. I kind of expect it to be somewhat normalized eventually just like a lot of other things that would have seemed absolutely taboo a few decades ago.

I do want to clarify that I don't want to see anyone mistreated. And I have no problem having friends who are homosexual. However I will be honest with them about my point of view.
