Of course. I thought everybody had sex dreams. Maybe not often. But they crop up in the psyche. Many times, though, the sex dreams don't include consummation. Those that do are called wet dreams and generally only happen to younger people who don't have a sex life.
In my experience, sex dreams usually don't get to the point of actually having sex. something in the dream interrupts it. A dream like that is pleasant and you wish it would have continued, but you don't wind up with a wet spot on your bed.

And i will never repeat was it was about, all i can say is yeah my mind was super irrational at what it found hot in that dream.
