How do you define virginity?

I have had a lot of discussions recently about virginity and everyone seems to see it differently so I put it to you. How do you define the loss of virginity? Also do you think guys are virgins? I know some of you don't.

Since Vaginal sex seems to be the consensus; how do lesbian women and gay guys lose their virginity if they only have same sex partners? Are they virgins for life?

    What exactly is "dryhumping," though? Isn't that something you do with your clothes on? Because I don't see how anything done with one's clothes on could possibly count as sex.
