Is this a normal typical teenage guy behavior or this guy has issues he has to deal with first?

This is just a situation about a 18yrd old teenage boy. He is my cousin but I just was curious about the situation that is all not that im getting involved in his life and make my suggestions toward his father.

This cousin had always been a very amorous with girls and always like to pursue them, very flirtatious, lets say like a young philanderer. Before hitting 18 he told me once she had like "3 gfs" who he dated quite a while each. This cousin even before hitting 18yrd with al lof this technology nowadays and Friends im sure, he was curious about sex and with his raging hormones due to his age, he was very knowledgeable of sex topics such as softcore, hard core, positions, even about the morning after pill he is aware of. He did not seem to be that innocent pr naive about the theme. He also knew about using a condom but like most. teenagers he could also exaggerates in telling stories that he had been with many chicks before. probably he want to feel he was a man already.

Now my cousin is 18 and he had started to work out hard, I mean hard, like hitting the gym 5 days a week 2 hrs a day and he also started to lift heavy weights at his age. In 8 months he now have ripped abs, nice arms (this is according to his IG public account, he also has tattoes in his arms before 18yrd old. His dad let him had a tattoos before 18 because all of his family relatives has tattoes as well (the father, his aunt, his cousin and his cousin husband) . He is like a full complete man now He currently has a new girlfriend of 17yrd old but he still likes to flirts with mature ladies and contact them in private. I found out by accident one day that I was at his house during a family gathering, that he was talking to a lady and he told her , that they have t osee each other again.

WHen I asked him who was the lady he was talking abotu, he told me in secret “It was a very 45 years old single lady and I want to see her again probably even go intimate with her” I was like WHAT?”.

This are teenage guy behaviour. Above he is hitting 18 which is considered as an adult age.
At this age guys/girls don't like anyone interfering in their matter and also their behaviour can go extreme. It's due to harmonal changes.

Above all in this age of internet children are getting all adults stuff at very early age and many this attract them more toward sexual things.

When you have know his secret, he won't like you tell this to his parents as it will only you as villan for him and to extent he will continue his act out of his house and parents too can tell them to extent to younger (adult) child.

What you can do: If you care for him, you can make him sit and talk with him freely like friend and make him understand things what is right and what is wrong.

So he has a girlfriend that is younger than him but he cheat with a lady that is much older than him? it's not a typical teenage guy behavior, while it not uncommon for guys to cheat, guys usually cheat with someone who is younger than their girlfriend, not older than their girlfriend, maybe he has a mammy issues? but the good news is that he would not end up getting pregnant several ladies if he cheat with ladies who are 45 years old, and I don't need to explain why. :)
