Three fully formed breasts, highly unlikely... I posted a question months ago if guys would date a woman with three breasts... The one image I used, was actually a chick claiming she had a third breast added by cosmetic surgery but it was later found out to be false and a fake boob... The other image was from a Runway fashion show with a total recall theme...
The other no info on that image, just an image I found...

Yes, some women have supernumerary breasts. But the picture of the woman with 3 boobs on her front is fake... most extra boobs are in the armpit area.
