I have small breast.
So I don't need to wear a bra at my apartment.
I don't feel saggy.
No pain due to large mass of breast.
And also my bra are cheap than larger bras
I can run anywhere without bra.
But I have some disadvantages also

I have small boobs. Sometimes I wish it was bigger but those are very rare occasions lol. I love my small boobs. It's easier to buy clothes and bra. It doesn't hurt much or at all when I play sports, get bumped, lie on my stomach, etc. I don't have to worry about looking slutty when I wear clothes esp those with low necklines. Ofc big boobs does not mean slutty but my friends always say they worry that they show too much cleavage etc and lets be honest some people are judgmental idiots.

N/A don't have small boobs so can't answer this question from personal experience...
But I'd think the benefits would be*less people giving you attention just because of your boob size* Easier to buy cheaper bras because smaller breasts don't need as much support as larger breasts..* Less issues with things like back pain that can come with larger breasts...*More clothing options/shirts that look better, less revealing with smaller breasts...*Easier to run/jog/jump with smaller breasts...

Easier to find common size bras and tops. I can shop off the rack. No special order nothing. Just pick and go

There are so many benefits. Less chance of sagging, less boob-related pain, more clothing options. It's hard to pin down what sizes are small because there are a LOT. Even F cups can be small on certain band sizes.
