Kind of. Many studies show this to be true, but it's more about traits they find attractive at different times during the menstrual cycle. Whether that means being asked to rate different pictures of different men, smelling shirts of different men, or other things. All show the same behavioural pattern. Married women with more masculine husbands also report higher sexual satisfaction during ovulation.
Whether she'll be willing to have casual sex depends on other things also - beliefs, values, up-bringing. A woman raised with traditional beliefs and who still believes in them won't want to. A woman who is more liberal probably will. And those will be the kinds of guys they go for.
However, this is most likely also mostly unconscious.
No female ever wants casual sex since that's sex given for free i. e. rape. So you're asking if women like getting raped.
Women only give sex in return for something, otherwise they have you arrested.
That's not true at all. With some guys they'll have sex because they want/enjoy the sex. With others they're less attracted to it has to be in exchange for something to compensate for the lack of desire.
