Yeah I originally got my first because it's supposed to be quiet. It is more quiet than bare masturbators. It is also a distinctly different sensation. "Smoother" if that means anything, but you'd have to feel it to see what that means I guess. Also there is less mess as there is an end cap but cleaning is a bit more fuss, you must air dry it otherwise it will go mouldy inside if you put it away with moisture on.
