I'm gonna be a little cliche and say French, but at the same time Scottish. Listening to a Scottish gal speak it quite hypnotizing. Especially with cussing and swearing. I could listen to it all day.

British accent looks sexiest to me. After it, American is best.  No other accent matter to me after these two. Because I generally doesn't recognize them.
