How could we ever know? We each get one penis, of a fixed length. It's not like we can really compare, because even putting a 1-10 number on sexual pleasure is highly subjective, so one man's 5/10 could be another man's 7/10. That said, we know from simple anatomy that nerve endings are concentrated in the head of the penis, and the size of the head is more affected by girth than by length.
