Honestly I hate all these. Many women can't orgasm from penetration so if one of these ways lets them, I am all for trying it. When I was married, my ex could if she was on top so we did that. Once she orgasmed, I would flip over on top of her or from behind, and finish. But her on top is not great. I rather do the thrusting.
