Cuz we feel if we make eye contact with her it’s easier for us to approach her because we can see her body language , usually if she likes us she will smirk or smile a little , and get a little nervous by playing with her hair she will look away then look back at us , basically the ok sign to come talk to her, that she is interested as well , you can read someone easier by making eye contact and reading their body language instead of just going up to a random stranger and catching them off guard and they say ewww get away from me lol So making eye contact just makes it easier for a guy and girl to know if someone is interested or not before embarrassing themselves, if they aren’t interested they won’t look back and focus on something else lol , Not to long ago a beautiful blonde was trying to make eye contact with me at a local bar I use to go to with my friends and the corner of my eye I noticed her looking my way , so I turned and made eye contact with her while I was smirking basically letting her know I am interested I could tell she was nervous but kept smiling and staring at me , she started headed my way and I said Hi how are you , she just kept walking , I was like WTF , she made eye contact with me first lol My friends said she was just nervous as shit or she was already in a relationship with someone , but when she saw you she thought for a few minutes that she would rip my clothes off lol that’s what my friends said cuz they saw her checking me out as well lol
